Cancellation, Rules, and Restrictions

Keep Your Account Active and Avoid Being Banned

VISIONARIA SOLUTIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED has made commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that users of Rummy 51, Rummy Gold, and Poker Gold play the games in a fair manner. However, human behavior is complicated, and the detection of cheating is an approximation based on a number of variables. User discretion is strongly advised. Failure to follow Rummy 51 rules or the Terms of Service, irrespective of intention or motive, can result in your account being suspended, hacked, or permanently banned. Please read the following list of prohibited actions:

Prohibited Actions

• Do NOT use third-party software, scripts, or bots to access or play Rummy 51, Rummy Gold, or Poker Gold in any way.
• Do NOT attempt to get free chips by clicking links from unknown sources or people promising free chips—this may get your account phished or hacked. We will not be responsible if this happens to your account.
• Do NOT use profanity or language that discriminates or maliciously targets another individual in any way, including your profile picture.
• Do NOT create more than one account to play Rummy 51, Rummy Gold, or Poker Gold from or store chips— all accounts will be banned.
• Do NOT lose on purpose as a means of transferring chips— we have the means to track this, and you will forfeit all your chips and may be banned.
• Do NOT attempt to sell chips using any means or under any circumstances.
• Do NOT attempt to buy chips from anyone other than Rummy 51, VISIONARIA SOLUTIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, or its authorized resellers in appropriate markets.
• Do NOT play with multiple accounts or friends on the same table to spoil other players' games. We have the means to track these activities, and if we suspect collusion, we may confiscate all your chips and/or ban you.
• Do NOT share your Facebook password with anyone. Rummy 51, Rummy Gold, Poker Gold, or their representatives will never request your Facebook password.

Chip Transfers

The following activities are violations of our Terms of Service and will be aggressively enforced:

• Losing hands on purpose at the table to transfer chips to anyone else (or yourself on another account).
• Attempting to sell chips using any means or under any circumstances.
• Attempting to buy chips from anyone other than Rummy 51, VISIONARIA SOLUTIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, or its authorized resellers in appropriate markets.

Collusion

Playing with multiple accounts or friends on the same table to spoil other players' games is strictly prohibited. We track these activities and may confiscate all your chips and/or ban you if we suspect collusion.

Multiple Accounts

You are allowed only one account per social network. Using multiple accounts to accumulate free chips (chip farming) is strictly prohibited. If we detect such behavior, we will confiscate your chips, suspend your accounts, and/or ban you permanently. The discretion of the penalty and mode of enforcement lies entirely with us.

Chip Farming / Scripting

Using scripts and manual processes to accumulate free chips is an abuse of the terms and conditions of Rummy 51, Rummy Gold, and Poker Gold. This behavior is absolutely not allowed and may result in all your chips being confiscated, your account(s) being suspended, or you being permanently banned.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once chips have been granted, we do not offer refunds. If your chips have not been granted for any reason, please contact us, and your chips will be granted immediately. In the rare case that we are unable to grant you chips, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
